Eligibility and Account Registration
Eligibility

License Restrictions

Payment Terms
Buyers
Buyers must pay all fees for beats or services at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards and third-party payment processors.
Sellers
Sellers will be paid according to BeatSilo's payout schedule. Payouts may be subject to service fees and minimum withdrawal thresholds.
Taxes
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties related to their transactions.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:
Duplicate transactions.
Technical issues resulting in non-delivery.
Unauthorized or fraudulent charges (pending investigation).
License rights are non-reversible upon delivery of files.
Intellectual Property Rights
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant BeatSilo a license to use it for promotional and operational purposes.
BeatSilo Content
All trademarks, logos, and content created by BeatSilo are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without permission.
Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or unlawful conduct. Upon termination:

Any pending payments may be withheld.

Disclaimers
BeatSilo provides the Service "as is" and does not guarantee:
Continuous or error-free operation.
That licensed beats will meet your artistic or commercial expectations.
Protection from third-party copyright claims beyond the licensing agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeatSilo shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages.
Loss of profits or business interruption.
Damages exceeding the total amount paid by you to BeatSilo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeatSilo, its affiliates, and staff from any claims arising from your use of the Service, including:
Violations of these Terms.
Infringement of third-party rights.
Uploading illegal or infringing content.
Changes to These Terms
