This Free License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Licensee") and BeatSilo ("Licensor") regarding the use of any musical instrumental (the "Beat/Sound Effect") made available for free on the BeatSilo platform.
Grant of License
Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free license to use the Beat/Sound Effect for non-commercial purposes only, as outlined below.
Allowed Uses
The Licensee may, under this Free License:
Record vocals or create songs for personal and educational use
Share non-commercial content using the Beat/Sound Effect on platforms such as YouTube, SoundCloud, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Use the Beat/Sound Effect in social media videos or podcasts, provided they are not monetized
Use the Beat/Sound Effect in live performances that are not ticketed or revenue-generating
Prohibited Uses
The Licensee may not:
Use the Beat/Sound Effect for any commercial purpose (e.g. selling music, monetized streams, paid performances, advertisements)
Upload the Beat/Sound Effect or derivative works to streaming platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, or other DSPs with monetization
Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Beat/Sound Effect, either as-is or modified
Claim ownership of the Beat/Sound Effect, its composition, or any part thereof
Use the Beat/Sound Effect in a way that violates any laws or promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
To use the Beat/Sound Effect commercially, the Licensee must purchase a non-exclusive or exclusive license from BeatSilo or the producer.
Attribution Requirement
When publishing or sharing content using the Beat/Sound Effect, the Licensee must give clear credit to the producer and BeatSilo:
"Prod. by [Producer Name] | Free Beat/Sound Effect from BeatSilo.com"
Failure to provide proper credit may result in the revocation of this license.
Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Beat/Sound Effect remain the sole property of the original producer and BeatSilo. This license does not transfer any ownership or grant any rights beyond those explicitly stated.
Termination
This Agreement will automatically terminate if the Licensee breaches any term herein. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately stop using the Beat/Sound Effect and remove all related content from all platforms.
Licensor reserves the right to revoke or update this license at any time without notice.

The Beat/Sound Effect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BeatSilo makes no guarantees regarding compatibility, performance, or suitability for any particular purpose.
By downloading or using a Free Beat/Sound Effect from BeatSilo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Free License Agreement.
