This Extended License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the Licensor (Producer) and the Licensee (Purchaser), and is effective upon the purchase of the Beat/Sound Effect (“Instrumental”) from BeatSilo.
By purchasing an extended license, the Licensee agrees to the following terms:
Grant of Exclusive Rights
The Licensor grants the Licensee the exclusive, worldwide, and transferable license to use the Instrumental in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. After this purchase, the Beat/Sound Effect will no longer be sold or licensed to any other party.
Permitted Usage
The Licensee may:
Record and distribute unlimited songs using the Instrumental.
Monetize the resulting work (songs) on all platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.).
Use the Beat/Sound Effect for commercial albums, singles, music videos, radio, advertisements, live performances, film, and TV.
There are no distribution or monetization limits under this license.
Ownership and Copyright
The Licensor retains producer credit and authorship of the instrumental.
The Licensee obtains exclusive usage rights, but not full copyright ownership unless separately negotiated.
The Licensee may not resell or redistribute the Instrumental as a standalone beat/sound effect or part of a beat/sound effect pack.
Credit
The Licensee agrees to credit the producer as follows:
"Produced by [Producer Name]" or "Beat by [Producer Name]" in all published works.
Modifications
The Licensee may edit, rearrange, or adapt the Beat/Sound Effect as needed for creative purposes. However, they may not claim authorship of the original instrumental unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery
Upon purchase, the Licensee will receive:
High-quality MP3 and/or WAV file of the Beat/Sound Effect
Trackout/stem files (if provided by producer)
PDF copy of this License Agreement
Exclusivity
Upon purchase, the Beat/Sound Effect is marked as sold and removed from public availability on BeatSilo and any other platforms controlled by the Licensor. No further licenses will be issued.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods and exclusivity, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided after delivery.
Legal and Binding
This Agreement is legally binding and governed by the laws of the Licensor’s jurisdiction. Disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with said laws.
Duration
This license is granted for the lifetime of the copyright protection of the work.
By completing your purchase on BeatSilo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Extended License Agreement.
